Inceptus Acquires WFS Ground Italy
Air cargo handler Worldwide Flight Services has sold its ground-handling business in Italy to Inceptus. The deal will see Inceptus take over all ground-handling activities in Italy from subsidiary WFS Ground Italy and continue to utilize the WFS Ground Italy name through August 2017. “Inceptus plans to continue the operations of both companies in all existing airports and for all existing customers,” said John Batten, executive vice president cargo Europe Middle East and Asia, and acting executive vice president Europe ground handling at WFS.
